Official terms governing the use of Linen Centre and purchases from Uniwell Trading Factory Pvt Ltd.
By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from Linen Centre (operated by Uniwell Trading Factory Pvt Ltd), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.
Linen Centre is a chain of factory-direct outlets and online commerce platform operated under Uniwell Trading Factory Pvt Ltd, registered in Kerala, India. In-house apparel brands include BOB NATION and LIMITED EDITION. All branding assets, fabric designs, typography, and content are protected trademarks of Uniwell Trading Factory Pvt Ltd.
We manufacture 100% Linen in Optical Whites and Yarn Dyed in counts ranging from 40 to 150 Lea, as well as blended cottons, twill, satin, poplin, indigo, lycra, and jute. While we make every effort to display product colors, textures, and measurements accurately, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or the natural character of pure flax fibers. Prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment authorization through our secure payment gateway (PhonePe). We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, RuPay, and Net Banking. We never store credit card PINs or banking credentials.
Fabric sold by the metre is measured and cut specifically to customer request. Once cut, orders for fabric-by-the-metre or customized garments cannot be cancelled or returned unless delivered damaged or defective.

Natural fibers such as linen and cotton possess intrinsic characteristics including subtle slubs, texture variations, and slight shrinkage after washing. These natural traits reflect the authentic quality of pure flax and do not constitute defects. Uniwell Trading Factory Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from site use.
These terms and all online orders are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alappuzha / Kerala, India.
