In-stock apparel and fabric rolls dispatch within 2–4 business days from our warehouse in Cherthala, Kerala. Made-to-order or custom-tailored garments may need an additional 3–5 days for stitching. After dispatch, metro cities (Bengaluru, Chennai, Mumbai, Delhi, Kochi, Coimbatore) typically receive orders in 2–4 days; other pincodes in 5–7 days.
Yes, on all domestic orders above ₹3,999. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping fee shown at checkout before payment.
Ready-made apparel can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unwashed and with tags attached. Fabric sold by the metre and made-to-order/custom-tailored garments are cut specifically to your request, so they can't be cancelled or returned unless delivered damaged or defective.
You'll get an SMS and email with a courier tracking number and live tracking link as soon as your order dispatches. You can also check order status on the Track Order page.
Credit and debit cards, UPI, RuPay, wallets, and Net Banking, processed securely through Razorpay. We never store card PINs or banking credentials.
We manufacture 100% pure linen — Optical White and yarn-dyed — in counts from 40 to 150 Lea, woven in twill, satin, poplin, and plain weave. Natural flax fibres carry subtle slubs and texture variation; slight shrinkage after the first wash is normal for pure linen and not a defect.
